By accessing or using VagoShop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or business entity, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms
- You are a legally registered business entity
- All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
2. Quotation and Ordering Process
How Our Platform Works:
Step 1: Request a QuoteSubmit your product requirements through our platform. This is not an order—it's a request for pricing.
Step 2: Review Quote
Our team will prepare a quotation with pricing, specifications, and delivery estimates. Quotations are typically valid for a specified period (usually 6-14 days).
Step 3: Accept the Quote
If you agree to the terms, accept the quote through the platform. This creates a binding order.
Step 4: Proforma Invoice
We will issue a proforma invoice specifying payment terms, shipping details, and delivery timeline.
Important Notes:
- A quotation is NOT a binding contract until you accept it and we confirm the order.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to significant market fluctuations or product unavailability before order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each order and specified in the proforma invoice.Standard options include:
- Full advance payment before shipment.
- Partial deposit with balance before delivery.
We accept bank transfers only. Payment details will be provided in your proforma invoice.
Shipment Release:
Goods will only be shipped upon receipt and confirmation of the agreed payment amount.
4. Shipping and Logistics
Shipping Terms
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) will be specified in each individual order based on destination and customer preference.Our Responsibility
VagoShop is responsible for:- ✓ Shipping the correct products as ordered
- ✓ Ensuring products meet agreed specifications
- ✓ Providing accurate tracking information
We Are NOT Responsible For:
- ✗ Delays caused by shipping carriers, airlines, or freight forwarders
- ✗ Customs clearance delays or additional fees in the destination country
- ✗ Issues caused by incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer
- ✗ Government restrictions, port closures, or force majeure events (see Section 8)
- ✗ Additional taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by the destination country
You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance procedures in your country.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including logos, designs, product images, and descriptions, is the property of VagoShop or its licensors.Limited License:
You are granted a limited license to access the platform solely for business purposes. You may not copy, scrape, or distribute our content without permission.
6. User Obligations

- ✓ Maintain account security
- ✓ Use the platform for legitimate business only
- ✓ Upload only authentic documents
✗ Attempt unauthorized access, ✗ Use automated scrapers, or ✗ Engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Document Management
We provide a secure way to manage export-related documents (Invoices, PL, Permits).Authenticity:
You assume full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of all documents you provide or upload.
8. Force Majeure
VagoShop is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law:VagoShop's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our platform or any order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in dispute.
We are NOT liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Data loss not caused by our negligence
- Third-party actions or services (shipping carriers, banks, etc.)
Exception:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or violations that cannot be excluded under Turkish law.
10. Dispute Resolution
Step 1: Negotiation - Attempt to resolve issues through good faith negotiations.Step 2: Arbitration - If negotiation fails, parties may agree to arbitration/mediation.
Step 3: Litigation - Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.12. Termination
By Us: We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.Effect of Termination:
- Access to the platform will be removed
- Outstanding orders may be fulfilled or canceled based on their status
- Payment obligations survive termination
- We may retain data as required by law (see Privacy Policy)
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Your continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VagoShop regarding use of our platform.Any additional terms or conditions may be specified in individual quotations, proforma invoices, or sales contracts, which will supplement but not replace these Terms.
